About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Senior Manager to join our growing Investor Relations team in Sydney or Melbourne.
This is a pivotal role responsible for delivering exceptional investor relations support to a portfolio of listed and pre-listing clients. Acting as a trusted advisor and key point of contact, you'll ensure seamless delivery of critical investor communications, support regulatory compliance obligations, and help clients effectively engage with their shareholders and the market.
You'll work closely with senior leaders, company executives, and internal stakeholders to deliver outstanding client outcomes, strengthen long-term partnerships, and contribute to the continued growth of Automic Markets.
Key responsibilities include
- Manage a portfolio of listed and pre-listing clients, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of investor relations services.
- Prepare, coordinate and lodge ASX announcements, shareholder communications and market updates.
- Support client meetings, investor briefings and board communication activities.
- Deliver high-quality work while maintaining strong compliance and governance standards.
- Build trusted client relationships through responsiveness, reliability and strategic insight.
- Identify opportunities to expand services within existing client portfolios and collaborate with senior leaders to progress opportunities.
- Coordinate regular client reviews and proactively monitor client satisfaction.
- Maintain a strong understanding of ASX Listing Rules, disclosure obligations, governance requirements and market developments.
- Ensure documentation, quality assurance processes and data integrity standards are consistently met.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery and client outcomes.
- Work closely with Associate Principals and Principals on strategic, complex or high-value client engagements.
- Share knowledge and provide guidance to junior team members across investor communications and client management activities.
- Support internal training and capability-building initiatives.
About you!
You'll bring:
- 5-7 years' experience in investor relations, financial communications, corporate governance,
capital markets administration or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of ASX disclosure requirements, investor communications and listed company obligations.
- Demonstrated experience managing client portfolios and delivering high-quality, time-sensitive work.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong client-service focus.
- Experience preparing ASX announcements, shareholder communications and investor updates.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted client relationships.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the confidence to work autonomously and collaboratively.
- A degree in Commerce, Finance, Business, Communications, Law or Economics.
Highly Regarded
- Experience within an investor relations consultancy, share registry, fund administration, corporate advisory or financial services environment.
- Exposure to listed company governance and market-facing communications.
