Our Federal Government Client is looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join an innovative team on a long-term engagement!

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

Our ideal candidate will be highly proficient in managing recruitment processes and recruitment administration, with experience recruiting employees for the APS.

We seek people with positive written and interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to adapt their style according to the situation, including managing information with discretion. Candidates will be required to work, influence and negotiate with a range of international stakeholders (internal and external).

KEY DUTIES

- Managing multilateral placement recruitment processes, including:
- writing candidate information packs and job advertisements;
- answering candidate queries;
- reviewing applications;
- scheduling and conducting interviews – including sourcing selection panel members;
- performing reference checks;
- liaising with multilateral agencies to support their recruitment processes; and
- managing candidate feedback processes.





- Identifying and contacting prospective candidates (headhunting) when needed.
- Providing guidance on hiring processes and procedures to ensure they are conducted to a high standard and in accordance with APS requirements.
- Provide ongoing support to Australians placed with multilateral agencies, including scheduling and conducting regular check-ins.
- Maintaining a forward calendar of program administrative processes for each Australian placed in a multilateral agency to undertake.
- Support High Profile Grant Program management, including due diligence, payment processing, procurements, monitoring and evaluation and other corporate processes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with a range of stakeholders.
