We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our People & Culture team in Sydney. This role is for someone who wants to apply deep expertise across multiple operating companies. Someone who wants to influence outcomes beyond a single project or business. And someone who wants to work with specialists across one of the world's leading construction and infrastructure groups.

What you will do

- Ensure workforce data is accurate, reconciled and ready for reporting by managing recurring data preparation and quality processes.

- Support month-end data ingestion activities across multiple P&C; systems, monitoring pipelines, resolving issues and completing control checks.

- Maintain and enhance data connections, workforce datasets and data models within Microsoft Fabric to support trusted analytics and reporting.

- Standardise data definitions, business rules and workforce metrics to improve consistency across the P&C; function.

- Document data architecture, processes and reporting methodologies while translating technical concepts into clear insights for stakeholders.

What you will bring

- Experience working with workforce data, reporting, analytics or data engineering concepts, supported by strong SQL, Python and data modelling skills.

- Exposure to Microsoft Fabric, data ingestion pipelines and business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau is highly regarded.

- Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical audiences.

- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement,



automation and the practical application of emerging technologies and AI.

- A commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes while demonstrating the Group Principles of Integrity, Accountability, Innovation and Delivery.
