We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manufacturing Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our polymer water tank manufacturing facility. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader with a robust background in manufacturing, safety, quality, and continuous improvement to make a significant impact on operational performance and team culture.

As Manufacturing Manager, you will be responsible for leading production, maintenance, quality, safety and continuous improvement initiatives across the site, ensuring the efficient manufacture of high-quality rainwater harvesting and polyethylene storage products.

Clark Tanks is an Australian manufacturing company specialising in polymer rainwater tanks and farm products, and part of the Kingspan Group, which has manufacturing plants across 11 sites in QLD, NSW, VIC, WA and SA.

Since 1997, Clark Tanks has manufactured quality food-grade and UV stabilised polyethylene tanks for safe and fresh-tasting water in a wide range of styles and colours. Our product has a trusted reputation for reliability amongst the rural community across Australia.

About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee all manufacturing activities and provide leadership to production supervisors, maintenance personnel and factory operators.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Lead daily manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality and delivery targets
- Manage rotational moulding, assembly, finishing, storage and dispatch activities
- Optimise labour, equipment utilisation and plant capacity
- Monitor production performance, efficiency, downtime and waste reduction initiatives
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Sales teams to ensure customer demand is met

- Lead, coach and develop a diverse manufacturing workforce

- Champion a strong safety-first culture across the factory

- Drive Lean Manufacturing and operational excellence initiatives

About You





To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management or a related discipline
- Experience in manufacturing, polymer processing, rotational moulding or related industries
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of production planning, maintenance and operational performance
- Demonstrated experience leading safety initiatives and fostering a strong safety culture.
- Sound understanding of WHS legislation and risk management practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capability
- Ability to influence change and build a culture of accountability
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
