About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our team. This is a varied role where you will be the first point of contact for customers, supporting enquiries, processing orders and providing general administration support. You will also assist customers in our showroom and work closely with the wider customer service team to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Attend to product and sales enquiries from customers through both phone and email by providing product information and redirecting any technical questions to the Service Centre.

- Processing customer orders accurately in SAP B1, including arranging freight where required.

- Supporting product returns for assessment and repair, including coordinating bookings and communication between relevant parties.

- Assist in managing customer complaints or issues regarding orders.

- Prepare and coordinate required documentation for export orders e.g.



customs clearance.

- Supporting the wider customer service team with customer enquiries and order processing

To be considered for this role, you should possess the following skills and attributes:

- Previous experience in a logistics or customer service and/or administration experience

- Strong communication skills (written and verbal), negotiation and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work well under pressure, juggle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

- Positive computer skills, including intermediate Microsoft Office capability

- High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills

- Strong organisational, prioritisation and multitasking skills

- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team
