About the role

Ozroll is looking for a hands-on LEAN Manufacturing Lead to join our team at our 5,000m² Queensland manufacturing facility, home to four busy production departments turning out plantation shutters, louvres, outdoor blinds and made-to-order blind systems for homes across Australia. This is a dual role — alongside driving continuous improvement across the factory floor, you'll also serve as our qualified Health & Safety Representative (HSR) and Health and Safety Officer, taking full ownership of keeping our WHS policies, procedures and training up to date and compliant across every department.

Key responsibilities

- Drive continuous improvement across the factory floor using LEAN methodologies

- Serve as qualified Health & Safety Representative and Health and Safety Officer (training provided if necessary)

- Keep WHS policies,



procedures and training up to date and compliant across every department

- Coach supervisors and crews

- Run safety audits, inspections and toolbox talks

About you

- Proven LEAN / continuous improvement experience (5S, Kaizen, value stream mapping)

- Current HSR qualification

- Solid knowledge of QLD WHS legislation

- Confidence to coach supervisors and crews while running safety audits, inspections and toolbox talks
