Adelaide ENT Surgery is a busy, ever-growing ENT practice based at Flinders Private and Calvary Adelaide Hospitals. We are searching for a dynamic Full-time Medical Receptionist to join our friendly team. If you thrive on a fast paced working setting, are a great multi-tasker and are passionate about providing high quality healthcare for patients of all ages, then we would love for you to join us!

Job tasks and responsibilities

- You'll be at the heart of our practice, ensuring the smooth operation of consulting sessions, sometimes with multiple doctors at once

- Maintaining and managing computerised appointment schedules

- Accurate data entry and maintenance of patient records

- Liaising with other allied healthcare professionals

- Cleaning and maintenance of medical equipment (training provided)





- Answering phone and email queries

- Skills and experience

- Previous Medical experience preferred

- Excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of customer service necessary

- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team

- High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail

- Medical Software experience (Gentu will be highly regarded)

- Medicare and Health Fund basic knowledge desirable

- Current Working with Children Check essential

- Must be prepared to work at both our Flinders Private Hospital and Calvary Adelaide Hospital locations
