Statewide Services delivers centralised, client-centred support to frontline services and communities across Western Australia. The team is committed to providing high-quality, culturally responsive services that support safe, strong and inclusive communities and enhance outcomes for children, individuals and families.
As Case Support Officer you will:
- Provide administrative and case support to Child Protection case management teams to assist in delivering positive outcomes for children, young people and families.
- Collect, record and maintain accurate client information, case files, databases and related documentation.
- Support case management activities by preparing correspondence, processing documentation and assisting with client-related administrative tasks.
- Liaise with internal teams and external agencies to facilitate the exchange of information and support client needs.
- Participate in structured learning and professional development opportunities to build your skills and contribute to effective service delivery.

Opportunities Available
- Current Vacancy: one [1] full-time fixed-term position available for immediate filling until 30 June 2027 with possibility of extension/permanency.
