About the Role:
We have full time, part time and casual opportunities for Clinical Nurses across our residential facilities in Bentley.
Reporting to the Residential Care Services Manager, this role is responsible for:
· Accepting responsibility for standards of nursing practice.
· Supporting and providing team leadership to the clinical staff.
· Maintaining and developing knowledge of skills related to aged care.
· Ensuring compliance with clinical and accreditation standards.
· Contributing to care planning and documentation.
· Driving quality improvement initiatives to support the delivery of safe, high-quality resident care.

Key Role Requirements:
To be success in this role, you will need the following:
- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent.
- Current AHPRA registration.
- Proven ability to effectively lead a clinical team.
- Sound knowledge of ANACC, Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation requirements.
- Demonstrated clinical competence and robust communication and decision-making skills.
- Working rights within Australia.
- National Police Clearance.
