Position: Room Leader/2IC
Status: Permanent Full-Time position
Qualifications: Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)
Hourly rate: $44.34 (inclusive of all allowances/loadings including Worker Retention Payment), plus super

Selection Criteria

- Minimum two (2) years of experience in a room leader role or above
- Experience in working in a remote community
- Experience in providing high quality education and care to children
- Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF),



National Quality Standards (NQS), Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), and relevant legislative requirements
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Solid advocate for children and their rights

You will be required to be the Responsible Person at the service.

Requirements

- Eligible to work in Australia and willing to relocate to Yulara
- Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or (ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Valid Working with Children Check clearance
- Satisfactory National Police Clearance (less than 6 months old)
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate
- Geccko Foundations and Advanced certificates
