The Role

Reporting to the Head of Risk, you will play a key role in advising clients on insurance strategies to protect their wealth, while building long-term, trusted relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing tailored risk advice and insurance solutions





- Managing new and existing client relationships

- Preparing for and attending client meetings (approx. 5 per week)

- Developing and servicing a portfolio of clients

- Managing underwriting and application processes

- Collaborating with internal advisers and referral partners

- Ensuring compliance with ASIC and internal standards

- Contributing to business development and marketing initiatives

About You

You are an experienced Risk Adviser with minimum 2 -3 years’ experience who thrives in a client-focused environment and values working within a collaborative team.

You will bring:

- Proven experience in risk / insurance advice

- FASEA-qualified (or compliant with current standards)

- Solid knowledge of AI, Automation and MS Office

- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills

- High attention to detail and commitment to compliance

- A proactive, professional and team-oriented mindset
