Our client is seeking an experienced Group Scheduler – Manufacturing & Construction to join a Perth-based manufacturer specialising in modular homes, timber and light-steel frames, trusses, and flooring systems.

This is a factory-based role in Perth and is not a remote or hybrid position. You’ll manage the master production schedule across three businesses, coordinating capacity, labour, materials, transport and installation. You’ll work closely with Sales, supervisors and management to keep production on track and build a simple, reliable scheduling process.

What you’ll be doing:

- Managing the master production schedule across three businesses
- Scheduling modular, frame and truss jobs from design through to dispatch
- Turning sales handovers into confirmed production slots
- Preparing daily, weekly, 4-week and 12-week plans
- Coordinating material requirements and identifying potential delays early
- Reviewing schedule performance and developing recovery plans
- Providing accurate capacity updates to support delivery commitments
- Building and documenting a consistent scheduling process

What you’ll need:





- Minimum 5 years’ construction industry experience with scheduling or production planning responsibility
- • Experience with MS Project, Primavera, ERP/MRP planning systems or Excel-based capacity planning
- Working knowledge of timber frame and/or light-steel framing
- Proven experience improving scheduling or production processes
- Solid planning, organisation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build and manage schedules independently
- Confidence to challenge unrealistic timelines and push back on stakeholders when production capacity doesn’t support delivery commitments
- Full and unrestricted Australian working rights
- No sponsorship available
