Due to the ever-increasing demand for our product, we are looking for enthusiastic and passionate candidates to help us increase our production and join our close-knit team located in Coopers Plains.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Stores Assistant to join the team of the stores / warehouse at our Coopers Plains manufacturing facility

Due to increased production output, we now need to increase the capacity of our Stores areas.

Duties:

Picking and supplying parts to Production Lines

Accurately recording production parts on to work orders

Assisting with out of stock parts by ordering or escalating to our Purchasing Dept

Following up on any late purchase orders /deliveries





Booking and managing freight Australia wide

Producing courier labels for outbound shipments

Dispatching freight

Keeping the warehouse neat and tidy

Receipting of Goods Inwards

Processing invoices on a timely basis

Restocking Production Lines

Stock counts

Answering internal enquiries

Prioritising General Duties

Desired skills and experience:
Forklift License (mandatory)
Ability to lift boxes of up to 25KG
Minimum 2 years experience working in a warehouse environment
Good standard of English
Self motivated with great work ethic
Able to work at a rapid pace
Computer knowledge
Attention to detail

Administration skills
Previous Experience using an ERP system and Cert 4 Warehousing/Logistics would be viewed favourably.
