The Role You’ll be working within council parks, gardens and streetscape teams, with a strong focus on mowing and grounds maintenance.

Duties include:

- Ride-on mowing across parks, reserves, verges and open spaces – essential
- Extensive turf maintenance and commercial mowing
- Verge mowing, brush cutting and edging
- Parks, gardens and streetscape maintenance
- Operating tractors and other gardening equipment
- Litter collection and general grounds maintenance




- Assisting with traffic management and general labouring

What You’ll Need

- Strong commercial mowing experience, particularly ride-on mowers – essential
- Previous parks, gardens, turf or streetscape experience
- Minimum MR Driver’s Licence – essential (HR highly regarded)
- White Card – essential
- Proven ability to safely operate and maintain mowing equipment
- Police Check
- Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test
- Reliable, hardworking and physically fit
- Ability to work outdoors in a team workplace
