Do you love working with young children, have a natural flair for performance, and want the freedom of running your own business rather than working in an employee role?

Happy Feet Fitness is looking for a mature, reliable and business-minded person to take over an established group of classes around Woy Woy and Gosford, with the opportunity to grow a larger regular timetable across the Central Coast.

This is an independent contractor opportunity. You will operate your own Happy Feet Fitness business under license, with the support of an established Australian brand, proven programs, training and an experienced State Manager.

This is not an employee position and there are no guaranteed hours or wages. You will be responsible for growing and managing your own timetable and building relationships with early childhood centres.

What You'll Do

You'll visit early childhood centres during school hours and deliver our fun, high-energy 30-minute program to babies, toddlers and preschoolers.

Our classes combine:

- ? Music, movement and dance

- ✨ Magic, puppets and exciting props

- ? Imaginative storytelling and adventures

- ? Games, fitness and fundamental movement skills

- ? Play-based learning that supports children's development

You might take children on a dinosaur adventure in one class and explore outer space in the next!

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys performing, connecting with young children and bringing energy and imagination into a room.

The Business Opportunity

You will begin with taking over a handful of existing classes around Woy Woy and Gosford, providing an immediate starting point for your business.

From there, you'll work alongside our experienced NSW/ACT State Manager to develop relationships with early childhood centres throughout the Central Coast and grow your own timetable.





The longer-term opportunity is to build towards 15+ regular classes per week across 3–5 weekdays during school hours.

Business development is an important part of this opportunity. You'll need to be comfortable introducing yourself to centres, building relationships, following up opportunities and actively growing your timetable.

If you're looking for something where you simply turn up, deliver allocated classes and go home, this isn't the right opportunity for you.

Income

As an independent contractor, you operate your own Happy Feet Fitness business under license.

- Approximately $75 per 30-minute class after licensing fees

- Your earning potential increases as you build your regular timetable

- Existing classes provide a starting point while you develop additional opportunities

- Comprehensive training, mentoring and ongoing support are provided

As with any self-employed business, income is dependent on the number of classes you establish and deliver.

We're Looking For Someone Who...

- Genuinely enjoys working with babies, toddlers and preschool-aged children

- Is mature, reliable, professional and confident

- Has an engaging personality and enjoys performing or presenting

- Is comfortable taking responsibility for their own business

- Is proactive and motivated to create opportunities rather than waiting for them

- Enjoys meeting people and building genuine professional relationships

- Is organised and able to manage their own schedule and commitments

- Is available consistently across weekdays during school hours

- Has a current NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC)

- Has a reliable vehicle and driver's license





- Is comfortable working as an independent contractor and managing their own ABN/business obligations

Previous experience in dance, fitness, education, childcare, performing arts, music or children's entertainment is welcome, but personality, reliability and a genuine love of working with young children are just as important.
