An opportunity has become available in our Residential Property Management team due to an existing team member relocating, ideal commencement would be October - November 2026 however would be open to early 2027 commencement as well.
We're looking for a Residential Property Manager — or an experienced Property Manager Assistant ready to step up — to take ownership of an established residential portfolio, with an experienced and supportive team around you.

The Role:
You'll manage your own portfolio(established) and relationships with owners, tenants and contractors, including:
1. Client and tenant communication
2. Maintenance and contractor coordination
3. Lease renewals and rent reviews
4. Arrears management
5. Property inspections and reports
6. Day-to-day portfolio management and problem-solving
7. Have a thirst for new business opportunity

You will need to hold, or be eligible to hold, the appropriate NT real estate registration/licence.
