Role Overview:
As a Graphic Designer, you will lead and execute creative projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables that align with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.

- Print & Packaging Design:

- Independently design product labels and carton packaging, including full production follow-up (file prefight, material selection, print vendor coordination)

- Create high-quality marketing collateral (posters, brochures, exhibition backdrops) following professional print standards (CMYK, 300dpi, bleed settings)

- Digital & Multimedia Design:

- Regularly update visuals for the company website and e-commerce platforms (product pages, banners), ensuring multi-device responsiveness

- Design e-newsletters and social media content aligned with current trends

- Perform basic video editing for product videos and event highlights

- Shopify design experience (Good to have)

- Brand & Marketing Support:

- Participate in end-to-end packaging design development (from concept → sampling → final approval)

- Support storefront and window display designs, including basic 3D renderings

- Maintain the company’s visual asset library (event photography, award documentation, etc.)

Skills Required:

- Robust hands-on experience in packaging, print, and digital design (portfolio required)

- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,



Illustrator, InDesign)

- Strong hands-on experience in using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Runway ML or other generative/design AI tools) to improve design efficiency, enhance creativity, and streamline production workflows.

- Basic video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects

- Familiarity with photography, including photo shooting and retouching

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in FMCG, health and wellness, cosmetics, food, beverage, or consumer goods industries is highly regarded.

- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and experience in web design.

- Proficiency in motion graphics, video editing, or 3D modelling software.

- Experience building or managing brand identity systems or design guidelines

- Familiarity with project management tools

- Previous work experience in fast-paced, cross-functional, or start up environments

- Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry design is a plus.

- Fluency in written and spoken English; additional proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.
