About the opportunity
As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage customer enquiries and orders across a broad and varied medical device portfolio, providing responsive and solutions-focused support.
You will take ownership of the customer journey from initial enquiry through to resolution, managing quotes, orders, back orders, credits, warranties, repairs and product-related enquiries.
Working closely with Sales, Warehouse and Operations, you will play an important role in delivering an efficient and positive customer experience.

Duties

- Process customer quotes and orders
- Manage customer enquiries end-to-end
- Resolve complaints through to completion
- Manage warranties and faulty products
- Coordinate product repair requests




- Liaise with Sales and Warehouse
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Prepare Excel reports and databases

Skills and Experience

- Medical device or Medtech industry experience
- Established phone-based customer service experience
- Demonstrated career stability
- Strong Excel and systems skills
- SAP experience will be highly regarded.
