One of our clients is seeking experienced Organisational Change Management Consultants for a Defence client with minimum NV1 Defence clearance

Location: Adelaide
Employment: Contract, Part Time (1-2 days a week spead over 9 months)
Security Clearance: Minimum active NV1 clearance is essential

Role#1 Senior OCM Lead
Responsible for overall OCM delivery, senior stakeholder engagement, readiness, adoption, change risks, governance and transition. We need someone senior enough to operate confidently in Defence, but still very hands on.

Role#2 Change, Communications and Adoption Consultant
Responsible for the execution layer, including communications, stakeholder engagement, workshops, readiness tracking, training and awareness, adoption support and maintenance of OCM artefacts.

Essential requirements

- Active NV1 security clearance
- Significant experience delivering organisational change within complex technology or digital transformation programs
- Demonstrated experience leading change through implementation and transition,



rather than solely developing strategy
- Robust stakeholder management capability across senior executives, business stakeholders and technical delivery teams
- Experience conducting change impact and organisational readiness assessments
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute stakeholder engagement strategies
- Strong workshop facilitation and consultation capability
- Experience managing change related risks, issues and dependencies
- Ability to work independently within complex governance environment

Highly desirable

- Previous Defence experience
- Commonwealth Government experience
- ICT infrastructure transformation experience
- Prosci, ADKAR or equivalent change management certification
- Experience supporting major technology deployments into operational environments
