About the role

Caravanland is looking for a Junior Customer Experience & Sales Specialist to join our team and commence a structured Sales Specialist Career Pathway.

This is an opportunity to learn our business from the ground up, develop your customer experience and sales skills and, with the right development and performance, progress into a Sales Specialist role.

Your role will begin with a strong focus on customer experience and engagement.

You will be one of the first people our customers meet when they enter Caravanland, welcoming them, understanding what they need and connecting them with the right person or department.

As you develop your knowledge, confidence and customer service skills, you will progressively move into our Sales Specialist Career Pathway, learning about our RV products, sales processes, CRM, customer follow-up, product presentations and the complete customer journey.

The pathway is competency-based, with the goal of developing you into a confident and capable Sales Specialist .
