About The Role

Begin your mining career journey with opportunities created specifically for newcomers to the industry. Our 12-month Traineeship Operator program is your gateway to a career filled with innovation and growth. Work alongside industry leaders, kickstarting your professional journey within Thiess. Through our comprehensive training program, you'll build the skills and confidence needed to deliver quality results.

Successful candidates will commence in staggered intake groups between February and March 2027. Opportunities may be offered across our participating Queensland sites based on business requirements and candidate suitability.

Applicants must hold a current open driver's licence.

Are you:
