We're looking for an experienced and inspiring Network Leader-Education to provide professional leadership across our centres, supporting Educational Leaders, Teachers and Centre teams to deliver exceptional educational outcomes.

The Role

This influential leadership role will drive educational excellence, pedagogy and practice across the network.

You'll work closely with our Head of Pedagogy, Area Managers and Network Quality & Compliance to build capability. You will focus on embedding the Explorers educational philosophy and create consistency in curriculum, intentional teaching and high-quality learning experiences.

This is a hands-on role where you'll spend time in our centres observing practice, coaching and supporting teams to continuously improve.

You will:

- Lead the quality and consistency of educational practice across the network
- Coach, mentor and develop Educational Leaders and Teachers
- Embed the Explorers educational philosophy, curriculum and pedagogical expectations
- Build solid professional learning communities and encourage reflective practice
- Support consistent, high-quality curriculum and intentional teaching across centres
- Partner with operational and quality leaders to provide integrated support to centres
- Strengthen educator-child interactions and relationship-based practice
- Identify capability gaps and development opportunities across the network
- Build the educational capability and consistency needed to achieve sustainable Exceeding outcomes

About You

You're an experienced early childhood education leader with a deep understanding of curriculum, pedagogy and what great practice looks like in action.

You know how to bring people with you,



through building confidence, capability and consistency. You will enjoy mentoring and developing meaningful professional development.

You'll bring:

- A Bachelor degree or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as an Educational Leader or in a multi-site pedagogical leadership role
- Deep knowledge of curriculum, intentional teaching and the EYLF/VEYLDF
- Strong coaching, mentoring and capability-building skills
- Demonstrated experience supporting services to achieve Exceeding outcomes in pedagogy-related Quality Areas
- The ability to build strong relationships and influence practice across multiple centres
- A current Working with Children Check and Driver's Licence
