The Opportunity

Reporting to the Client Services Manager, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients and referral partners, helping create a seamless experience from the very first interaction.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Managing phone, email and website enquiries

- Preparing and sending quotes for new matters

- Clearly explaining the conveyancing process to prospective clients

- Following up leads and building solid client relationships

- Liaising with solicitors, conveyancers and internal teams

- Maintaining accurate client records

- Providing exceptional client and administrative support

About You

We’re looking for someone who brings energy, professionalism and initiative to everything they do.

You’ll ideally have:

- 2+ years’ experience in client services, administration, customer service or a similar role





- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Confidence building rapport with clients

- A strong customer-first mindset

- Excellent organisation and attention to detail

- The ability to multitask and manage competing priorities

- A proactive, positive and collaborative approach
