This position is based in Perth on a permanent full-time basis.

About the Role
As the Finance Manager - Wellness, you will lead the financial operations across HBF's growing Wellness portfolio, providing trusted financial leadership, commercial insight and operational support. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will ensure robust financial management, compliance and reporting while driving process improvements that enhance business performance and support strategic decision-making.

In this role, you will:

- Lead and develop the Wellness Finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations across the Wellness portfolio, including Life Ready and other subsidiary businesses.
- Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting, analysis and insights to support business performance and decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory obligations, governance requirements and internal controls.
- Partner with operational and senior leaders to identify opportunities, manage risks and support strategic initiatives.
- Drive finance process improvements, strengthen reporting capabilities and enhance operational efficiency across the Wellness business.

About You
You are an experienced hands-on finance leader who combines strong technical expertise with commercial acumen and a collaborative approach. You enjoy partnering with stakeholders, leading high-performing teams and finding practical solutions that improve business outcomes,



financial outcomes, controls and decision support for Wellness leaders. With a continuous improvement mindset, you thrive in dynamic environments and can confidently balance strategic priorities with operational excellence.

Ideally, you will have:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
- Experience in financial services, including banking or insurance, ideally within an APRA regulated workplace.
- Strong operational finance and accounting experience, ideally within a complex or multi-entity environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading finance teams and delivering high-quality reporting, compliance and control outcomes.
- Strong commercial judgement and the ability to analyse financial performance and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across all organisational levels.
- Strong communication, problem-solving and continuous improvement capabilities, with a proactive and adaptable approach.
