About the role
We currently have a fantastic, permanent full-time opportunity for an operations officer all-rounder with a confident, positive attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment. We’re looking for someone who exceeds in managing multiple priorities whilst maintaining a skilled and pleasant demeanour.
As the Sales & Service Administrator, you will provide vital administrative support across our business, acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. You will contribute to the smooth operation of our sales and service functions while supporting continuous improvement initiatives and delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for office administration enquiries.
- Coordinate office supplies, stationery and general office requirements.
- Manage travel bookings and associated queries.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Support weekly Sales and Service meetings.
- Assist with quote preparation, purchase orders and invoice tracking.
- Coordinate sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Maintain inventory records and assist with stock control.
- Prepare and maintain sales and service reports.
- Update customer records and CRM databases.
- Perform data entry and general administrative duties.
- Contribute to process improvement and efficiency initiatives.
Our ideal candidate will possess:
- Previous experience in administration, office support, reception or data entry roles.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365/Nav or ERP equivalent.
- Excellent proficiency in Salesforce or CRM equivalent.
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills and keen attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills with an ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Resilience to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Be able to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to learn and a can-do attitude.
- Driver’s licence.
- Previous experience in a technical environment, healthcare, medical devices, or related industry desirable.
