While we've made significant progress, we're still on the journey of refining our processes, strengthening partnerships and developing our capability as talent advisors.

As our team continues to grow, we're looking for a Recruitment Advisor who enjoys building relationships, influencing outcomes and helping shape what great recruitment looks like.

To support our continued growth, we're currently recruiting for both a full-time permanent position and a 12-month fixed-term contract.

About the Role

Reporting to the Recruitment Team Leader, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment across a dedicated portfolio, partnering closely with leaders to attract and secure great talent.

You'll be supported by established processes and a cooperative team, while also having the opportunity to contribute to how recruitment continues to evolve at Ozcare. We're looking for someone who enjoys balancing operational excellence with stakeholder partnership, and who genuinely wants to make things better.

This is a role where you'll have the opportunity to strengthen manager capability, build talent pipelines,



improve recruitment outcomes and contribute to meaningful change within the function.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across your portfolio
- Partner with leaders to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
- Provide recruitment advice and support throughout the hiring process
- Develop attraction strategies to engage quality candidates
- Build and maintain talent pools for critical and recurring positions
- Deliver a positive candidate and hiring manager experience
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the Recruitment function
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, reporting and system records

About You

You'll be an experienced recruiter who enjoys building strong relationships and taking ownership of your portfolio.

You'll also bring:

- Previous recruitment or talent acquisition experience
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A commitment to delivering exceptional service to candidates and managers
