(Full Time)

Are you organised, tech-savvy, and love working with people? We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Property Manager! Perfect entry level for those looking to get into the property world!

What you’ll be doing:

- Supporting our Property Manager with the day to day running of residential properties

- Talking to tenants, contractors, and landlords mostly by phone, email, or in person

- Helping schedule and conduct inspections, manage repairs, and update systems

- Getting hands on with property management software and admin tasks

- Completing the leasing of properties, including attending open inspections and screening rental applications.

- Lease, rent and documentation creation and management

- Someone who stays organised (even when things get busy)

- Comfortable using tech, open to learning current tools and processes
