What you need:

- Previous experience in a premium restaurant, fine dining or hospitality environment is preferred

- Availability to work a variety of shifts across lunch and dinner service,



including weekends and public holidays

- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences

- Strong communication skills and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment

- Professional presentation and grooming standards aligned with a 5-star workplace
