The Opportunity You will take ownership of a high-quality portfolio focused on large and complex strata schemes.
This is not a business development position. The focus is on providing exceptional strata management, building trusted relationships with committees and owners, and successfully managing the complexities that come with larger schemes.

You will have the autonomy to manage your portfolio while being supported by an experienced and team-oriented team.

Given the nature of the portfolio, the successful candidate will need significant strata experience and be comfortable dealing with complex financials, major works, challenging committee matters, compliance and high-level stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end management of a portfolio of large and complex strata schemes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, committees and key stakeholders
- Prepare for and chair AGMs, EGMs and committee meetings
- Prepare and oversee budgets, levies and financial requirements
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, contractors and major works
- Manage complex strata matters and provide practical, professional advice




- Ensure schemes remain compliant with NSW strata legislation
- Work closely with committees to proactively identify and resolve issues
- Maintain a high standard of communication and client service
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior Strata Managers and team members
- Share industry knowledge and contribute to the development of the wider team
- Play an important role in the continued growth and development of the business

About You
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in strata management
- Appropriately licensed to manage strata schemes in NSW
- Extensive experience managing large and complex strata schemes
- Strong knowledge of NSW strata legislation and compliance requirements
- Experience dealing with major works and complex financial matters
- Confident managing experienced committees and senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Professional, proactive and solutions-focused approach
