Aussie Powersports is a fast-growing Australian distributor and manufacturer of ATV, UTV and side-by-side accessories. As our product range and in-house manufacturing continues to grow, we’re looking for a Warehouse Picker and Packer to join our Toowoomba team.

This is a hands-on role combining warehouse operations with small-scale manufacturing and product assembly. If you enjoy practical work, using tools, and being part of a tight-knit team that takes pride in quality and efficiency, this role is for you.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll be responsible for accurately receipting stock, picking, packing and dispatching customer orders, while also supporting light manufacturing and assembly operations. You’ll work across the warehouse and factory floor, helping ensure products are assembled correctly, orders go out on time, and the workspace remains safe and organised.

No two days are the same – you’ll be involved in order fulfilment, stock control, assembly, kitting, and basic fabrication tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Pick and pack customer orders with a high level of accuracy

- Label cartons and prepare consignments for dispatch

- Consign and manifest freight through the Freight Portal

- Assist with receipting, stock put-away and stocktakes

- Assemble products and sub-assemblies, including bolt kits and accessory packs

- Perform quality checks on assembled products

- Maintain a clean,



tidy and safe warehouse and factory environment

- Follow WHS procedures and use PPE as required

- Support the team across warehouse and manufacturing operations

About You

You’re reliable, practical, and take pride in doing things properly. You enjoy hands-on work and are comfortable switching between warehouse duties and factory/assembly tasks.

You will ideally have:

- A strong work ethic and dependable attitude

- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality

- Physical fitness for warehouse and factory work

- Experience in Warehousing

- Confidence using hand tools

- Basic to intermediate computer skills (booking freight, excel, using our ERP system, printing and tracking).

- A willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks

Requirements

- Manual Driver’s License (no restrictions)

- Forklift License

- Ability to work safely in a warehouse and light manufacturing environment
