About the Role

We currently have a vacancy for a compassionate and dedicated Administration Officer and Receptionist to join our friendly team at Healthy Connections, our allied health clinic which is based in Chermside. This role will be permanent full-time working a minimum of 38 hours per week.

Our administration officers and receptionists are the initial point of phone and face to face contact for Healthy Connections, Burnie Brae members and the general community. They are also responsible for ensuring an exceptionally high level of customer service is provided and administration and project support requirements are fulfilled.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

- Welcome clients and assist with general enquiries
- Respond to client calls in a professional manner and ensuring client queries are resolved
- Monitor emails and relevant registers and return calls in a timely manner
- Proactively provide information to clients and promote Healthy Connections Allied Health services
- Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders
- Process payments and receipts for clinic services and health funds
- Prepare daily banking
- Other general administration duties including sorting mail and ordering supplies
