Aspect Plan Management is looking for a Customer Service Consultant / NDIS Plan Manager to join our fully remote Australian team.
This role combines customer service, financial administration and NDIS plan management. You’ll work directly with NDIS participants and their nominees, helping them navigate their funding, resolve issues and get the most from their plans.
We’re looking for someone who brings warmth and empathy to customer conversations while also being highly organised, financially capable and exceptionally attentive to detail.

What We’re Looking For
You’ll be someone who enjoys working with people but is equally comfortable working with numbers, systems and processes.
Accounting or bookkeeping qualifications are required.
Experience in NDIS plan management, disability services, finance, accounts payable, bookkeeping or a customer service environment involving financial transactions will be highly regarded.
Most importantly, you’ll bring excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, sound judgement and a genuine desire to help people.
Role Details
Employment: Permanent full-time
Location: 100% remote – applicants may be located anywhere in Australia
Head Office: Melbourne, Victoria
Start: Immediate
Remuneration: Negotiable, based on skills and experience
Probation: Standard three-month probationary period
Reporting to: Director, Aspect Plan Management
Applicants must be Australian citizens or permanent residents currently residing in Australia and must satisfy the role's required background and probity checks.
