We're looking for an Associate Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys both the technical and commercial aspects of project delivery. You'll manage a portfolio of projects while contributing technical expertise to larger, complex projects across Australia.

What You'll Be Doing

- Managing multiple geotechnical and civil engineering projects simultaneously.
- Coordinating project delivery from proposal through to completion.
- Monitoring budgets, schedules, resources and project profitability.
- Preparing proposals, scopes and fee estimates.
- Working closely with clients, subcontractors and internal technical teams.
- Contributing technical input, analysis and reporting on major projects.
- Supporting field investigations and site activities where required.




- Identifying opportunities for repeat business and building client relationships.
- Collaborating nationally with CGC's diverse technical teams.

What We're Looking For

- 3-7 years' experience in Civil, Geotechnical or Engineering Geology consulting.
- Degree qualification in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Engineering Geology or similar.
- Demonstrated experience managing engineering projects and client expectations.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project financials.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to prioritise competing demands and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Experience preparing client proposals and technical reports.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
