About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of a commercial and industrial property portfolio. Working closely with the property team, you will help ensure assets are well maintained, compliant and operating efficiently while delivering a high level of service to tenants and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate maintenance works and service requests across the portfolio.
- Liaise with tenants, contractors and service providers on operational matters.
- Support contractor management, compliance requirements and site safety initiatives.
- Conduct regular property inspections and follow up on identified issues.
- Maintain facilities records, service documentation and compliance reporting.

About You

- Experience in facilities coordination, property management or building operations.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.




- Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach.
- High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems.
