About the Role

We are seeking a Procurement & Sourcing Specialist to join Nordex's Australian team, supporting procurement and global sourcing activities across the business. Working closely with local and international teams, you will coordinate the sourcing and procurement of equipment, materials and services required to support Nordex's wind energy projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 3+ years' experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain or a related field to join a global renewable energy organisation and gain exposure to international procurement operations and major Australian projects.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate procurement and sourcing activities across local and global suppliers.
- Support supplier selection, engagement and ongoing relationship management.
- Manage purchasing activities and monitor supplier delivery timelines.
- Work closely with project, engineering, logistics and commercial teams.
- Liaise with international Nordex teams to coordinate global sourcing requirements.
- Monitor supplier performance across cost, quality and delivery.
- Maintain procurement documentation, contracts and supplier records.




- Identify opportunities to improve procurement and sourcing processes.
- Support the resolution of supplier, purchasing and supply chain issues.

Qualifications & Experience

- 3+ years' experience in procurement, sourcing, purchasing, supply chain or a related field.
- Experience working with suppliers and managing commercial relationships.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Good commercial awareness and understanding of procurement processes.
- Ability to work effectively with international and cross-functional teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience within renewable energy, engineering, manufacturing or another technical industry will be highly regarded.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in procurement, supply chain, business, engineering or a related discipline is advantageous.
