About the role

As part of our Sustainable Salons recycling program, you'll help process and sort recyclable materials while supporting productive warehouse and production operations. You'll work alongside a dedicated team to ensure materials are processed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

You'll be responsible for:

- Sorting recyclable materials into designated streams
- Compacting and preparing materials for transport and processing
- Meeting daily production and processing targets




- Maintaining quality and safety standards
- Operating equipment safely and correctly
- Reporting machinery faults, hazards or safety concerns
- Assisting with stock and material management
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Working collaboratively with team members to achieve operational goals
- Supporting positive environmental outcomes through responsible recycling practices

We are ideally looking for people with experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse operations or disability employment services who are comfortable performing manual handling tasks and standing for extended period.

- Permanent full time position
- Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:06pm
- Based at our Dandenong Warehouses
