A Paediatric Speech Pathology Role Built for Experienced Clinicians

If you've felt the pressure of high KPIs and stretched caseloads elsewhere, this role is designed differently. We back experienced therapists with the time, autonomy and support to do good clinical work without burning out.

What Sets This Role Apart

- 25 client-facing hours per week (full-time), not 30+. We protect your time so your caseload stays sustainable.

- 15 minutes protected after every session for note writing and planning, on top of your own time for report writing, resource creation and learning.

- $1,000 yearly CPD allowance to explore your own areas of interest, plus regular team PD (recent example: a team OMT session that turned into a genuine passion area for one of our SPs).

- Autonomy over your day: bunch client sessions together with dedicated paperwork blocks if that suits you better, or spread your caseload out. Your call.

- Genuine, ad hoc flexibility: finish clinical work early one afternoon, head home and do your non-face-to-face work from there.

- Fortnightly supervision, paced to your experience. For clinicians with 2+ years, this means clinical and professional support without being micromanaged.

- Salary progression through impact hours, meaning your earnings grow as your billable impact grows,



not just your tenure.

- An iPad and laptop provided from day one.

- A genuine path to grow into a leadership role as the clinic grows.

Hybrid role across clinic, preschools and schools for clinical duties, with the flexibility of working from home for non-face-to-face duties.
