Service Technician

3–5 Days Per Week | Flexible Working Days

We’re looking for a hands-on Service Technician to join our team on a casual basis. You’ll be responsible for servicing and repairing our range of welding and fusion equipment, while keeping customers updated throughout the repair process.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Service, maintain, repair and calibrate butt fusion/welding machines, IR fusion machines, electrofusion machines and other GF equipment

- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults and carry out required repairs

- Inspect, test and calibrate machines to ensure they are operating safely and correctly before being returned to customers

- Manage incoming service and repair jobs, including identifying required parts and coordinating repairs

- Communicate directly with customers, providing updates on faults, repair requirements, costs and expected repair/turnaround times

What We’re Looking For

- Background as a Maintenance Fitter, Electrician,



Service Technician or similar trade

- Strong mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting and fault-finding skills

- Experience servicing, repairing or maintaining machinery and technical equipment

- Good communication skills and confidence dealing directly with customers

- Hands-on, reliable, organised and able to manage service jobs independently
