The Role

As a Family Law Legal Assistant, you will support 2 Senior Lawyers within the Family Law team. Your duties will include:

- making appointments / diary management
- dealing with clients
- organising mediation's
- monthly billing
- brief preparation and preparation of court documents
- court filing on the portal
- general administration duties.

Your Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

- Minimum 1 year experience in family law as a Legal Assistant
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

- Salary between $60K-$75K + Super (dependent upon experience)
