We're seeking a proactive and organised Sales Executive Assistant to support a high‑performing sales agent in the Canberra region. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, loves keeping things running smoothly, and enjoys being the go‑to person behind a successful sales campaign.

What you'll be doing

- Providing day‑to‑day administrative support to a busy sales agent
- Coordinating marketing, listing preparation, open homes, and buyer follow‑up
- Managing calendars, appointments, and client communication
- Preparing documentation, reports, and sales materials
- Ensuring smooth workflow across all stages of the sales process

What we're looking for

- Minimum of 1.5 - 2 years' experience within the real estate industry
- ACT Real Estate Assistant Registration as a minimum
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail




- Confident communication and a polished, qualified manner
- Ability to juggle competing priorities and stay calm under pressure
- Tech‑savvy with solid admin skills
- A positive, solutions‑focused attitude and willingness to learn
