Food & Beverage Manager

We are searching for a mature & experienced Manager to join our team.

About the Job:

- Responsibility for managing and maintaining a small team to ensure product quality control, as well as an enjoyable customer experience

- Rostering of staff

- Supervising Health & Safety in the café, to HACCP Certification standards.

- Responsible for stock management, rotation and ordering

- Maintain Kiosk presentation and cleanliness

- General administration & paperwork of staff hours & Invoices etc.

- Open Monday to Friday only, no night work, and closed public holidays.

- Salary range – approximately $70,000

- Profit Share available to the right person after a qualifying period.

Key Requirements:





- Proven leadership experience with sound & confident decision-making skills

- Must be a team player as we are an inclusive & small team environment, with robust customer focus.

- Ability to work under pressure & multi-task when required

- Previous experience in hospitality is a plus, and a great work ethic and flexibility are always beneficial.

- Applicants must be looking to challenge themselves and be prepared to learn and continue to develop their management skills & knowledge.
