Chisholm is seeking an experienced Enterprise Asset Management System Lead (EAMS Lead) for our Campus Services & Infrastructure team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Lead, your key responsibilities include:

- Develop and document policy and processes to ensure consistent use and application of the EAMS system and provide technical guidance on system functionality, including configuration and workflow optimisation.
- Analyse current system processes and support configuration of new development to meet evolving business needs.
- Co-ordinate and conduct regular training sessions and develop and maintain user manuals and department procedures and policy.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data exports to support planning and operations.
- Continuously improve system services and integrations, focusing on operational impact across facilities and infrastructure.
- Provide analysis and modification of functions in the system.
- Maintain a respectful, and safe environment free from violence & aggression, bullying, sexual harassment and discrimination.

ABOUT YOU

You are a highly motivated individual with well-developed skills and knowledge of enterprise asset and works management systems, including system configuration, integration, and reporting; demonstrated experience and depth of knowledge working with Technology One Enterprise Asset Management, or demonstrated proficiency in other asset management platforms such as Maximo, Infor EAM, or Systems, Applications & Products (SAP) and a strong working knowledge of the TechnologyOne Finance module.

You are able to propose and implement system upgrades that address identified issues, such as integrating advanced reporting tools to improve works and asset management analysis capabilities.



You have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills including attention to detail, the well-developed organisational skills together with commitment to continuous improvement, the ability to act independently in a constantly changing environment.

You have significant stakeholder management skills and an ability to use non-technical language with proven experience in utilising a broad range of both common and job-specific software applications and features proficiently, for a variety of complex tasks. Expertise in Microsoft Suite software and specialist software tools and techniques for aggregation and visualisation of data into reports and dashboards and verbal & written communication skills using clear and concise speech and grammatically correct and appropriate formatted written communications

You will have a relevant Degree and relevant post graduate qualification and experience in Asset Management, Information Systems, Facilities Management or similar or lesser formal tertiary qualifications with extensive experience with technical expertise in TechnologyOne.
