A leading organisation is seeking an experienced Credit Officer to support branches and customers across NSW. Based in Caringbah, you’ll manage customer accounts, drive collections activity, open new accounts, and provide day‑to‑day credit support while building strong relationships with branch teams and customers.

This permanent part‑time role offers genuine flexibility — either 3 full days per week or 5 days during school hours, making it ideal for someone seeking balance without compromising career.

The role has a strong collections focus but offers variety across banking/allocations, new account setup, query resolution, and credit limit reviews, with regular engagement across internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

- Collections_activity — outbound/inbound calls, email follow‑up, liaising with branches and customers
- Banking/allocations — accurate daily processing of customer payments
- Account management — reconciliations, query resolution, maintaining account accuracy
- New accounts — processing applications and conducting credit limit reviews




- Month end — journals, adjustments, ensuring ledger accuracy
- Stakeholder relationships — partnering with internal teams to resolve issues
- Cross department — assisting with billing issues and supporting broader credit operations

About You

- Experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Collections
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with branches and customers
- High attention to detail and strong accuracy in processing
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing competing priorities
- Able to work independently and take ownership of your workload
- Training will require travel to Silverwater for the first few weeks
