We’re looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join Saint Haven and take a leading role within our IV offering.

THE ROLE

This is nursing in a completely different environment.

As our Lead IV Nurse, you’ll combine clinical excellence with the highly personalised service Saint Haven is known for — delivering IV therapies while building genuine, trusted relationships with our members.

You’ll also play a key role in the day-to-day leadership of the IV nursing team, ensuring every treatment is delivered safely, seamlessly and to an exceptional standard.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Safely administering IV therapies in accordance with clinical protocols

- Delivering a calm, considered and highly personalised member experience

- Building trusted relationships with members and understanding their individual preferences

- Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation

- Upholding exceptional clinical, safety, hygiene and presentation standards





- Ensuring treatment areas are immaculate, prepared and fully stocked

- Supporting and developing the IV nursing team through training and day-to-day leadership

- Coordinating rosters, shift coverage and timesheets

- Working closely with the broader Saint Haven team to create a seamless member experience

ABOUT YOU

You’re clinically confident, polished and naturally exceptional with people.

You’ll bring:

- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA

- Current First Aid & CPR certification

- Minimum 12 months’ cannulation experience

- Strong IV administration and clinical skills

- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to clinical standards

- A warm, professional and highly personable approach

- Confidence building relationships with a discerning member base

- Strong organisation, time management and communication skills

- Leadership experience or the confidence to support and develop other nurses

- A genuine commitment to delivering an elevated standard of care
