About the role

This position focuses on maintaining a high‑utilisation general aviation turboprop fleet supporting daily mining and FIFO transport operations. You'll work in a dynamic environment where reliability, safety, and operational readiness are essential.

Key responsibilities

- Perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance supporting mining/FIFO operations

- Diagnose and rectify defects to minimise operational downtime

- Ensure compliance with CASA regulations and internal maintenance procedures

- Maintain accurate maintenance documentation

- Support efficient hangar operation

- Participate in occasional after-hours or on‑call duties

About you

- CASA Part 66 B1.1 License including pressurisation

- Experience in general aviation

- Strong understanding of CASA regulatory compliance

- Ability to work independently and in a small team

- High attention to detail and strong safety focus

- Willingness to relocate to Kalgoorlie (NO FIFO)





- Australian work rights with the ability to hold an ASIC card and police clearance

- Experience on PT6A engines and B200 King Air aircrafts (highly desirable)

- B1.2 Qualifications (highly desirable)

- Mining or remote aviation experience (highly desirable)
