Bowles Health | Tumut & surrounding communities, Regional NSW
Excellent clinician. Strong work ethic. Great human.
Bowles Health is looking for a highly capable full-time Chiropractor to join our growing allied health team in regional NSW.
We are a busy, established multidisciplinary practice committed to delivering excellent healthcare close to home for rural communities. Clinical quality matters enormously to us—but so does the character, work ethic and contribution of the people we bring into our team.
This is an chance for a chiropractor who genuinely enjoys clinical practice, loves hands-on care and wants to become an important part of both a team and the communities they serve.
The opportunity
This role is ideally suited to a strong and experienced practitioner who is confident stepping into a busy clinical environment and managing a substantial caseload.
However, outstanding early-career chiropractors are encouraged to apply.
For us, years in practice are less important than capability, attitude and potential. An early-career practitioner will be considered if they can demonstrate excellent foundations in manual adjusting, strong clinical reasoning, professionalism, coachability and the work ethic required to develop toward the standards expected within our clinic.
We are prepared to invest in the right person. We are not prepared to compromise on clinical standards, professional behaviour or values.
The role
You will work full time across our clinic locations, managing an established and growing chiropractic caseload.
A mature practitioner in this role should be capable of effectively managing approximately 80–100 patient consultations per week, while maintaining excellent clinical standards, documentation, communication, and patient experience.
For an early-career practitioner, we would expect caseload capacity to build progressively with appropriate support rather than expecting this volume immediately.
Travel between our regional clinic locations will form part of the position, so flexibility and a genuine willingness to contribute to healthcare across our surrounding communities is important.
Who we're looking for
You will:
- Have excellent manual adjusting skills or demonstrate the technical foundation and commitment required to develop them to an excellent standard
- Demonstrate strong assessment, clinical reasoning and patient-management skills
- Deliver evidence-informed, patient-centred care
- Have the capacity—or demonstrated potential—to manage a busy clinical caseload effectively
- Take genuine pride in the quality of your clinical work
- Have a strong work ethic and take ownership of your responsibilities
- Communicate exceptionally well with patients and colleagues
- Be reliable, organised and professionally accountable
- Be willing to travel between clinic locations
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary allied health environment
- Actively contribute to team culture
- Demonstrate Integrity, Care, Quality, Respect and Community
- Hold, or be eligible to hold, current Australian chiropractic registration and appropriate skilled requirements.
The person matters
Clinical capability is essential, but character matters just as much.
We want people who contribute.
People who communicate. People who help their colleagues. People who take responsibility. People who continue learning.
People who care about the experience of the patient in front of them understand that their behaviour contributes to the reputation of the entire clinic.
We are not simply looking for someone to fill a consulting room.
We are looking for someone who wants to become an important part of Bowles Health.
Remuneration & career opportunity
We believe excellent clinicians should be rewarded for the value they contribute.
For an experienced practitioner, we anticipate a starting base salary in the vicinity of $100,000–$110,000 + superannuation, depending on experience and demonstrated capability, with additional performance-based earning potential.
A structured performance incentive will provide the opportunity for a productive clinician with a well-established caseload to earn approximately $120,000–$140,000+, while maintaining the clinical and skilled standards expected by Bowles Health.
For an exceptional early-career applicant, remuneration would be structured according to experience and capability, together with clear development milestones and opportunities for salary progression as clinical independence and caseload develop.
Travel requirements and associated expenses will be clearly agreed as part of the employment package.
Importantly, performance at Bowles Health is not measured by patient numbers alone. Clinical quality, patient experience, professional standards, teamwork, reliability and contribution to the clinic all matter.
