- Experience in folder/gluer or window patching required

What you'll be doing

- Set up and operate gluing machines to bind materials

- Monitor the gluing process to ensure quality and efficiency

- Identify and resolve any issues or defects in the final products

- Collaborate with the wider production team to meet deadlines and targets

- Maintain detailed records and documentation of the gluing process

What we're looking for

- Previous experience as a Gluer Machine Operator or in a similar printing/publishing role

- folder/gluer, window patching, tray forming

- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate and maintain gluing machines

- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work

- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced production environment

- Valuable communication and teamwork skills

- Strong safety consciousness and adherence to company policies and procedures
