About the role

Join our Queensland People & Culture team and partner with leaders to build capable, high-performing and engaged teams across our store network.

This is a fantastic opportunity to influence people outcomes at both an operational and strategic level, working closely with senior leaders to shape workforce priorities, build leadership capability and drive a positive team culture.

You'll collaborate with leaders and our Centres of Excellence to deliver practical people solutions that support business success.

This role requires regular travel across Queensland and Northern New South Wales stores, so a valid driver's licence is essential.

- Partner with senior leaders on people strategy, workforce planning and organisational priorities.
- Drive talent and succession initiatives across your portfolio.
- Support employee lifecycle activities and key people programs.
- Champion diversity, inclusion and team engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with specialist teams to deliver positive people outcomes.

About You





You're a relationship-focused HR professional who enjoys partnering with leaders to solve challenges and drive results. You bring sound judgement, a practical approach and the confidence to influence at all levels of the business.

You'll thrive in a collaborative team environment, enjoy working in a fast-paced setting and be passionate about creating positive and inclusive workplace experiences.

What you'll need

- Proven experience in a HR Business Partner or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of employment and employee relations legislation.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing business outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to balance competing priorities in a agile environment.
- Tertiary qualification in HR, Business, Law, or a related field (preferred).
