Do you have what it takes to become an Employee Benefits Consultant?

At Smartgroup, we're looking for customer-focused professionals who enjoy building relationships, delivering exceptional service, and achieving sales targets.

As an Employee Benefits Consultant, you'll speak with employees from some of Australia's leading organisations, helping them take advantage of salary packaging and related benefits. You'll guide customers through the enrolment process, uncover opportunities to increase their savings, and recommend additional products and services that support their financial goals. Success in this role comes from building rapport, delivering great customer experiences, and achieving strong sales outcomes.

What you'll do:

- Assist customers with salary packaging enquiries and onboarding.
- Explain employee benefits and available solutions.
- Drive uptake of salary packaging and additional benefits.




- Generate referrals for novated leasing and other Smartgroup products.
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences across phone and digital channels.
- Resolve customer enquiries while meeting quality and compliance standards.

About you

- Passionate about customer service and sales.
- Confident building rapport and influencing customer decisions.
- Proven experience working towards KPIs and performance targets.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Contact centre, banking, insurance, retail sales or customer service experience highly regarded.
- Rostered role from 10am to 6pm
