Graduate & Early Career Technology Program
We're looking for motivated graduates and early-career professionals to join a highly successful technology program within a leading enterprise organisation.
This is a great chance to build your career through structured training, mentoring and hands-on experience, with opportunities across AI, Financial Crime, Networks and technology-enabled environments.
Location: Sydney – Hybrid, 2–3 days in office
Contract: 12-month initial contract, with potential to extend or convert permanent
You are:
A recent university graduate from 2024, 2025 or graduating in 2026
Interested in building a career in technology
A robust communicator who enjoys collaborating with technical and business teams
Curious, adaptable and comfortable learning current concepts
Analytical, organised and able to manage competing priorities
Graduate Streams
AI Engineer – Financial Crime
Work alongside AI Engineers, Data Scientists and Financial Crime specialists.
Develop AI, automation and data solutions to detect,
prevent and investigate financial crime.
Exposure to Python, AI/ML, Data Analytics, Automation or Generative AI.
Exposure to AML, KYC, CTF, Fraud, Transaction Monitoring or Sanctions through study, internships or employment.
Networks
Support enterprise network environments through troubleshooting, changes and incident resolution.
Gain exposure to switches, routers, firewalls and monitoring platforms.
Understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing and switching.
Suitable Backgrounds Degrees in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Cyber Security, Networks & Infrastructure, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Finance or a related discipline.
